We recently built a new home and worked with Q Stone for all of the Countertops. Radu’s quality and workmanship is exquisite. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work. Our kitchen and bathrooms look absolutely beautiful. It was refreshing to work with someone with such superior regard for customer service. Radu went out of his way to help us at every step of the process. He took time out to inspect a great number of granite slabs and helped us make the best possible choices. My husband and I never would have known to look for the things that Radu pointed out to us. Radu is excellent at communicating and following up with his customers. He really seems to care about keeping customers well informed and is quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Radu never made us feel rushed and always seemed to care about our job, even though I know that he was very busy with others. I would strongly urge anyone to do business with Radu and Q Stone INC. I had a wonderful experience throughout the process of getting an estimate until the final install. Radu was quick to respond, very informative, and friendly. I’ve added a few photos of the quartz countertops and single bowl undermount sink showing their work. I’m extremely happy about the installation. It’s a work in progress but the next steps are to pick and install the backsplash which Radu gave me his recommendation of where to go.
When I redo my bathrooms, I will be calling Radu for his help without question!

Radu, my contractor was on time for the quote and the installation. I obtained three quotes and his was the best value for the money and so much lower than the other vendors. There was a wide selection of granite slabs to choose from! He removed and took away the old counters and sink, and I didn’t have to deal with it. I would highly recommended this company and would use them in the future.

Q Stone Inc installed granite counters in my home kitchen. They came as a recommendation from a family member. Q Stone did a great job dealing with the existing conditions of an older home and ensuring that everything went well. They were punctual, clean and protected my floors when they brought in the counters. They did such a nice job on the seams I have had people ask me where they are located. They polished the exposed undersides of the counter. The owner Radu followed up after the job to ensure everything was satisfactory. They were straight forward with costs. Radu was very easy to work with. He was professional and communicated very well throughout the whole process. He came out to measure once and then I changed my mind at the last minute about how i wanted an extension cut, he had no issue coming back to measure again. Install was quick and he was extremely careful not to damage any of the walls or floor while bringing materials and supplies in, which is no surprise because he was the only contractor to come in and take his shoes off for the measure (I appreciated that). I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work at a good price.

We had quartz countertops installed today to replace existing dated granite. They are absolutely beautiful. Radu from QStone was extremely responsive and always able to answer my questions during the process. Their quote was so reasonable compared to others we received. This company is prompt and professional and courteous. He was able to work with my 1950s ranch, un-level walls, cabinets and all to install the countertops and backsplash. Radu and his team are the best in metro-Detroit!! Granite/stone shops are everywhere, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Q Stone. From scheduling, to selecting your counters, to tear out and installation, Radu and his team are professional, super responsive, knowledgeable, and pay attention to the details. I have used Q Stone for a kitchen and two bathrooms, and every time, they have treated my home like it was their own. They did an amazing job on our counters. From measure to install was about a week. The guys are super professional & clean, and showed up on time. They put down flooring to walk on, as well as, cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed with the service.
Also, if you were debating to get the backsplash with counters, highly recommend to do it. We wish we did since the walls had to be cut for fitting (we have uneven walls).
Get counters from these guys & it's a guaranteed good job.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Honestly, when I was looking for a supplier - after I read Q Stone’s reviews I stopped looking for anyone else and didn’t hesitate to call them. Radu, the owner, gave me great advice on my quartz countertop selection, he was very patient with me and even took my evening texts and responded immediately to my questions. The service was excellent, they did their job and cleaned up afterwards and I am very happy with my new countertops. I am definitely going to come back to Q Stone when I am ready to do my bathroom. The company came recommended by a friend who said they are professional and perfectionists. I called and had them to the house for pricing, and went to the warehouse to look at their product. I was Impressed from beginning to end with this whole transaction. I had them do my kitchen and all my bathrooms. They were in and out in one day after the initial measuring day. Everything turned out beautiful and his attention to detail was far greater than I expected. He was able to match the veins in counter going up through the back splash. I cant Say enough how incredible everything turned out. I would highly recommend this company.

The entire crew was very friendly and they laid the protection from the front door to the kitchen and cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. This is truly the best granite fabricator in this area. Radu is very knowledgeable and professional. From the beginning when I was just considering stone types, grades and colors, to the final installation, he answered very single questions I have (and tons of questions. lol) clearly and patiently. When I selected a slab that I liked and it was delivered, he caught the defects in the surface. With customer satisfaction as his first priority, he did not proceed with it just because I personally already selected the slab lacking knowledge about the surface condition. He reached his supplier directly to address it and obtained a solution on my behalf. I loved that he called me to report the problem he observed and then presented a solution (which is a better deal as it's an upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience). For me, this is the typical trait of a business partner: being proactive, instead of reactive. There is no wonder that I will only work with Radu in the future and will refer to every one that I know of similar job needs.
I observed how highly skillful and attentive to details he and his crew were during installation. With the flawless fabrication, and excellent installation, I have a beautiful kitchen that earns a lot of compliments!
He also followed up with me on my kitchen and whether I have any questions or concerns a couple days after the job was completed. I really enjoyed the whole process, which is no stress because of his excellent communication and service. I can tell that he truly cares about each of his customers and takes pride in his work too!
If there were more than 5 stars I could rate, I would do so!

Radu takes pride in his work as an art-form, cuts every slab himself, has the right price, communicates very well with his customers, and turns his jobs around quickly. It’s like the guy doesn’t sleep. He caught some problems with the slabs we chose, explained why they wouldn’t come out well, and found other nearly identical slabs for us without me having to do anything. I wish every contractor I work with was like him. He deserves every 5 star review he’s gotten. A true professional.

Q stone was great across the board! Radu was really really wonderful to work with throughout the entire process- really effective and prompt communication and was helpful with choosing the stone as well. His work was great and he even accommodated a hiccup we found on the actual countertop and was able to make it work (despite me thinking I was doomed and going to have to replace the base of the counter in the house we just purchased and spend a ton of money- he figured it out and put my mind at ease!). Q Stone installed our granite and we could not be happier. We’ve never had granite before so we really didn’t know what things to look out for and what looks best. I would not even consider another place to go when it comes to getting new countertops. We had new quartz countertops placed on May 7, 2019. We have had other projects and estimates done on our house and I am being honest when I say that the communication, response time and dedication to our job was the best we have ever had. Radu was so great to work with and he was thorough and prompt in answering any questions I had. There were no holes in the contract and he was open and honest with communication. His work speaks for itself. Our kitchen looks amazing. When I have a chance to take pictures I will post. I picked Q stone due to the 5 star rating. The 5 star rating is well deserved. Just finished building and had Q stone install the granite in the whole house, and couldn't be happier! Radu and his crew did an amazing job, and the counters look perfect. The attention to detail on the cuts, seams, edging, and polishing are second to none. If you know anything about contractors these days, you know it's hard to find ones that put in the time to perform the work as if it were there own house, but that's exactly what I got with Q Stone. They are also one of the only contractors that I used that cleaned up after finishing the install (most leave a huge mess for you). Bottom line is that if you are looking to have any kind of tile or stone work done, look no further than Q STone!

Working with Radu, the owner of Q stone Inc. was a great experience from beginning to end. He was very responsive via text, even prior to meeting in person or signing any paperwork. We are building a custom house, with a general contractor, so we have been busy with all the decisions that have to be made. Radu was one of the best subcontractors we worked with. He was accommodating to our schedule, he is incredibly responsive and professional, he educated us on the wide array of countertop materials, he made great recommendations and was patient with us while we contemplated a few selections.

Phenomenal experience with Q Stone Inc ! We had a house full of granite installed (kitchen and 3 bathrooms) and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. From our first meeting with Radu, through the granite selection process, all the way through installation we felt like we had a professional on our side to help us through the process. No pressure, great communication, and extremely polite & professional. They even took great care during the installation process to cover the floors/stairs and vacuum the work areas after they were done.
All-in-all we were able to get premium materials (granite & sinks) for less than what other companies were charging for their generic materials.

I can't say enough good things about Radu and his team. Our granite kitchen counter was very tricky due to the U-shape counter top in a small kitchen and the irregularities of a 100-year-old house. Not to mention the fit had to be perfect because the backsplash was only 1/4" thick tile. Q Stone Inc. truly went the extra mile to make it the best it could be, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. I recommend to everyone that needs granite or quartz. Radu was very quick to get back with us when we inquired about getting our countertops done and he was out within the week to get actual measurements. He uses MSI for countertop material and we went with the Quartz countertop called Calacatta Vicenza. We are so happy with our choice and working with Radu was so easy from the quote to the installation. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for new countertops in your house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Radu responded quickly to my initial email and was able to measure and give an estimate just as fast. His prices were excellent and his selection is huge. The free sink that came with our countertop was the exact model that we wanted with no up charge like some other contractors we contacted. Our countertops were ready for install within a week of our color selection and install took only half a day. On the day of installation Radu and his workers were careful to lay down runners and mats to protect our floor. He was meticulous in the installation and finish of the project and with the cleanup after. I will definitely go with Radu for any future projects and recommend him to anyone looking for the best job at the best price.
